Hanoi Golf Club has a favorable geographic location, just in the north of Hanoi. It offers convenient access to golf for golf enthusiasts those living in or seeking for rounds of golf right in this bustling city.
Hanoi Golf Club Vietnam has an area of 108 hectares and is often known as the first and only Vietnam golf course built and managed by the Japanese. In particular, it was designed and built by Mr. Susumu Fujitwara - a famous Japanese golf course designer, signatured by sloping layout designs.
Overview of the golf course and its holes
With its quality of golf and excellent layout, Hanoi Golf Club Vietnam has been proving to be world-class and highly appreciated by golfers. From above, Hanoi Golf Course is surrounded by a green color of plants and flowers, surrounded by majestic mountains, which gives golfers a feeling of relaxation when participating in playing. The well-designed holes with different levels of difficulty give golfers the most challenging and enjoyable golfing experience. At the Hanoi Golf Club, all the grass and golf paths are planted with Tip ton 328 grass, which is the best grass for golf grounds. This grass is cared for and planted based on advanced technology under the guidance of experts from Japanese golf course management.
In 2019, this Hanoi golf course has officially opened the system of 18 night light holes - Night Golf. Therefore, golfers will have the opportunity to experience exciting rounds under the most modern lighting system for nearly 5 hours of competition.
Started in operation in November 2006, the golf course features 18 wide and long holes, stretching across the meandering hillsides, challenging every golfer to come here. Currently, the course has been upgraded to 27 holes. One of the interesting things a golf course offers is that its dogleg holes are all surrounded by OB stakes. This makes golfers very cautious when kicking off a tee to avoid an OB penalty. In addition, the narrow greens have many water traps around them, along with soft fairways that make golfers have to calculate proper strategies to get the correct drives. Such a design both challenges players and creates the unique outstanding feature of the golf course among Hanoi golf courses.
Service and Facilities
The resort area is designed with a very delicate main hall with a high dome, high-class interior brings a spacious and comfortable feeling for golfers to rest after experiencing great golf courses at Hanoi Golf Club.
Restaurant & Kiosk is located on the 2nd floor in the main hall of Club House. The restaurant with a diverse menu including traditional to modern Asian - European cuisine is always ready to serve golfers after hours of playing.
How to get to Hanoi Golf Club Vietnam
Hanoi Golf Club Vietnam is located right at the foot of the mountain and about 30km from the center of Hanoi. There is conveniently fast access from the city center (40 minutes driving by car) and the International Airport at Noi Bai (15 minutes driving).
