Exploring the golf course
Long Bien Golf Course is known as the first open golf course in the northern part of Vietnam. The layout of the course is designed by Nelson and Haworth with many years of experience in creating unique, beautiful as well as high-quality golf courses in Southeast Asia. Recently, Long Bien golf course has also been voted as one of the most beautiful golf courses in Vietnam. Additionally, the golf course is situated around 7km from the center of Hanoi, and it takes about half an hour of driving. For golfers who have a busy schedule, saving time by traveling means more time to enjoy playing golf.
Long Bien Golf club is the 27-hole golf course (including course A par-36, course B par-36, and course C par-35) with PGA standards. It is constructed on varied terrains, and each golf line is of different levels of difficulty creating great excitement and challenges for golfers. In particular, many holes in the course pose difficulty due to OB lines and menacing deep bunkers flanking the fairways. Besides, the golf course uses Paspalum fairway and tee boxes, while TiffEagle Bermuda grass covers other green areas making this one of the best surfaces for golf players in Vietnam.
The short par-5 fifth could help you easily achieve a high score, while hole 6 is undoubtedly the most challenging one for golfers of any level. This dogleg hole, with its long-distance and the windy weather, creates great difficulty for players to attain a perfect shot. However, it also brings great pleasure and satisfaction for them to have an accurate line of play and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding landscape simultaneously.
Long Bien golf facilities
With a total area of 119 ha, Long Bien golf course includes a clubhouse, golf course for practicing (1,52 ha), lake ( 20,9 ha), a corridor of palm trees (1,9 ha), and 73,61 ha for 27 golf lines. The golf course is also equipped with an international standard light system bringing the golfers the best experience when joining Night Game.
Apart from the golf course, Long Bien golf club also provides golfers with the largest clubhouse consisting of luxury locker rooms (separately for men and women), a full-service spa and massage rooms, Alacarte restaurants. The third floor of the clubhouse is used to hold special events, including weddings, golf tournaments, conferences, etc.
How to get to Long Bien course
Address: Regiment 918, Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi, Vietnam.
With a distance of over 7km from the city center, it takes golfers roughly 30 minutes to arrive at Long Bien golf course.
